| As my experience with this site and my life situation changed, I have updated this page. The last update was in January last year. This time what has changed is that my elder daughter has completed her primary school. She has become so much stronger and resilient. In the new year, she will go to a new school. As she becomes more independent of me, I will be freer to entertain other options, especially returning to my NaviMap technology. In every edition of this page, I have discussed how this site came about and what led me to make it available to all for free. My weblogs told me that most visitors are not very keen to know and this page is one of the least visited places on this website. So to bring you up to date, this site is about "leaving behind heart prints" on you and also on others you share these Flash Movies with. It is about cementing relationships and supporting people who are suffering emotionally because of unfortunate life events. Here a visitor is likely to find comfort and encouragement from the many Flash Movies so that he/she does not lose hope. In the early days of this site, I used to get emails from people sharing how these Flash Movies saved them from committing suicide. Although I rarely get such emails now, it is fair to assume every email that shares with me their dark depression is a potential suicide risk. Because of them, and we must always vote with life, this site will always be free to access. It does not take very much to discourage and turn away a depressed person. They will never get pass a toll gate asking for money to be admitted. Three years ago, I received a lot of requests to have DVD versions of these Flash Movies. I was quick to say No then because the urgent priority was to populate the site with many Flash Movies to cover as many life situations as possible. This site now has about 200 movies and growing. In spite of the number of Flash Movies there are still large gaps that need to be closed but that would have to wait as a new priority has emerged. The web traffic logs seem to suggest that people are not finding the Flash Movie that is most meaningful to them. The work of leaving heart prints never ends. With a critical mass of movies, a DVD and two CD products to leave even more heart prints, I am now working on how to match visitors with the Flash Movies they are seeking. Most of this matching are now done as a labor of love by a few big hearted visitors who scour through every Flash Movie and then match and send them to others. I am very thankful for them, but since the laborers are few, there are some urgent work needed in this area. This month I decided to stop making the CDs and DVD available. Here are my ongoing thoughts. I might produce screensaver versions of as many flash movies as possible where visitors can download and share. I am also going to evaluate if I can put these flash movies on Youtube. Perhaps there is a way for the more tech savvy visitors to produce their own DVDs out of these resources. This is for those who have no access to the Internet. The rapid development of social networking sites also offer many opportunities to make these flash movies for their members to leave heart prints on each other. Presently I am experimenting with making them available on Facebook. As you can see, this "About Us" page could well be updated soon. I shall keep you posted!
